Focus on Math
Integrated Math
A new integrated math class for freshmen and sophomores teaches all the math objectives outlined by state standards. Topics taught in each class are further refined using the school's own diagnostic test, allowing the teacher to provide students with specific instruction in their specific areas of need.
AIMS Math
Using Accelerated Math and Apache Trail's own diagnostic test, students are provided additional instruction in math skills. This course is used both as part of an integrated math sequence to provide additional practice and re-teaching opportunities as well as to assist students who struggle with math concepts.
